Here is our band on Friday playing before the game. They played before because this was our homecoming. We lost 32/28. Lorena came out on the first play like gang busters. They scored on the first possession, and went down hill from there. I really don't know what happened to the Leopards.

Kenzi Visit

When I went to Mom & Dad's last week, Marcy brought Kenzi over for a visit. I haven't seen her in a long time. I had so much fun with her. I got her a cheerleading outfit that had Nebraska on it, and I tried to teach her a cheer to show her daddy. She would never do it. She is so cute, and so precious. I love her so much.

The band went to their first contest of this season. They got 3rd place because it was raining, the field was slick, and Justin said that a couple of band members slipped and fell during the performance. I remember seeing anyone fall, but there is a lot to watch when they are performing.

We played Hillsboro and won the game 17/10. It was a really good exciting game. WAY TO GO LEOPARDS!!!!! We play inTeague next week.

Lorena vs Cameron

Okay, we lost to Cameron(No big surprise) 27/17. We played at the big Waco ISD Stadium. That is a really nice stadium. Concessions are expensive, and you can not take anything in either. I forgot my camera so I don't have any pictures this week. Justin did great on his tuba. It still looks weird for him to be playing tuba. The show this year is really coming together. Next week on the 25th, we should have the props. It is going to be really great. GO BIG RED!!!!!!!

Lorena Vs Whitney

Pride of the Leopards band. The band played on the track because it was WAY to wet on the field. It has rained for the last 2 days.

We played Whitney High School tonight and beat them 23/12. The Leopards came out like gang busters and recovered a fumble and scored on the 1st play of the game. It has rained for the last 2 days and there was a steady rain all through the game. I really can not complain because in the last 4 years, this is the first game that was rainy. At the last 6 minutes of the game, the sky opened up and I got soaked even with an umbrella. Great game Leopards. GO BIG RED!!!!!
