The Lorena Leopards played the Robinson Rockets and we won 21/7. This is always a bittersweet game for me because the other side has the majority of our church members and our youth group. Our band did not play on the field tonight. Justin showed his versitility tonight playing his trumpet and his tuba in the stands. But the Leopards did great. I was worried at first because Robinson scored first. Then we scored and took the lead and won. WAY TO LEOPARDS!!!!! The down side, we are in post season. We are going to the play offs. We will be there to support our band. GO BIG RED!!!!!

Yeeehaaaaa!!! We played the Mexia Blackcats and we won!!!! Justin said that Mexia was undefeated, until tonight. The score was 40/42. Yeah, this was a great game. Way to go Leopards!!!! The band was great tonight during the halftime show.

University of North Texas - Denton Trip

UNT Band right before the game started. They marched around the track. They were really good.

This was a really cool car. I think it was a Model A. Not sure.

This is the UNT mascot. His name is Scrappy. That is the band mixed in. The mascot is the Mean Green Screaming Eagles. They played FAU Owls. I told Justin that this was going to be a "Fowl Game". (Hahahahaha)

We went to Denton for Homer to work on Tiffany's computer. While there, Justin & I went to a UNT game, and it was their homecoming. That was my first college game to see in person. It was fun. Tiffany came and sat with us, and these are the pictures I took.

Our band competed in the UIL Competition on Saturday. We got a 2 which was okay. The band played really well.

We played Groesbeck Goats on Friday Night and we won. 28/14 was the score.

Waiting to take the field. Our band competed at the USSBA Marching Competition in Kyle, Tx. We ended up placing 5th because they put our band in a 2 A category this year, and we competed with several really good bands. Our band really rocks.
