January Catch Up

Well, nothing going on. Justin got a job at Brookshire Brothers in Lorena. Mary works there also. He seems to enjoy it. I like going into the store and shouting to him "where are the tampons". He rolls his eyes and tells me to go home. Don't have any pictures of him in his "work shirt". I am going to see Mark Lowry in February and I will post lots of picture of that. Can't wait. Also there is a Family Retreat coming up next month Homer informed me he wanted to go to. I will probably have picture of that.

On a sad note, one of Justin and Mary's managers was killed on her way to work on Sunday. Her funeral was today, and I went with Justin & Mary for moral support. They were both pretty upset. The chapel was filled to capacity. Even tho I did not personally know her, she sounded like an awesome person.

We went to Crockett to Homer's parents and there was a New Year's Eve Party at the church. We played Bingo and I had the last Bingo, and it was a double. I never do that. Rose Marie got 2 bingos, so did Forest on Homer's card after he went to play 42.

We went to Marcy's for Christmas Eve and I cooked Christmas dinner at my Mom & Dad's.

I got this new hat for Kenzi, and it had mittens to match. Now maybe she won't have to wear a tupperware bowl on her head for a hat.

We had a birthday breakfast at Scott & Tammie's house. We really had a fun day. Mom & Dad really enjoy being with their kids.

Brayden turned 3 in December, and my brother and sister-in-law had his party at a jumping place in Fort Worth. It was fun and I got to see my new great niece for the 1st time.
